 AIに出来ないこと、それは

「勘違い」

勘違いは、

良いことだったり、

悪いことだったりする。

こうして

文字を一つ置くことだってそうだし、

色を置くことだって、そうだ。

ただ、

到着点がうっすらでも見えていれば、

勘違いは、匂いや温度に変わる。

到着点。

そんなものは無いのだけれど、

言いたいことかな、

ずっと、ずっと

心の奥の芯に思っていること。

勘違いは、

AIにも出せないビジョン。

それでも、

なぜAIがあるのか。

少数の勘違いは人を生かし、

大半の勘違いは人を削る。

勘違いは…結構、危ない。

だからこそ進化した百科事典、

生成AIが

必要なのかもしれない。

What AI cannot do—

that is

mistranslation.

Mistranslation

can be a good thing,

or a bad one.

Placing a single word,

placing a single color—

it is the same.

But

if even a faint sense of a destination is in sight,

mistranslation

turns into scent,

into temperature.

A destination.

Such a thing may not exist, and yet—

perhaps it is what one keeps saying,

again and again,

the core of what lies

deep in the heart.

Mistranslation is

a vision AI cannot produce.

And still,

why does AI exist?

A small number of mistranslations give life,

the majority of mistranslations wear people down.

Mistranslation is…

quite dangerous.

That may be why

an evolved encyclopedia—

generative AI—

has become necessary.
