正解なんて、ちょっとでいい A Little Bit of the Right Answer Is Enough

 正解なんて、

ちょっとでいい。

誰もが正解を持っているのだから、

きっと混沌とする。

こっちの言い分もあれば、

あっちの言い分もある。

迷いながら、

今日の自分も疑いながら。

たとえば、

法律は正解なのか。

自分を疑うより、

もっと疑ってしまう。

それは、迷うよ。

誰もが、しっかりとしたものを

持っているから立っていられるのか。

それとも、

持っていないからこそ

立っていられるのか。

僕が迷いすぎているのかもしれない。

でも、

ほんの少し、

ほんの少しだけ。

ちょっとの正解があれば、

それでいい。

そういうものなんだ。

一日も、

長い人生も。

A little bit of the right answer

is enough.

If everyone holds their own “right,”

it’s bound to become chaos.

There’s this side of the argument,

and that side too.

Wandering,

questioning even who I am today.

For example,

is the law the right answer?

More than doubting myself,

I end up doubting it even more.

Of course that makes me hesitate.

Is it because people have something solid

that they can stand?

Or is it because they don’t have anything solid

that they’re still able to stand?

Maybe I’m just overthinking it.

But—

just a little,

just a little bit.

If there’s even a small piece of the right answer,

that’s enough.

That’s how it is.

For a single day,

and for a long life.
