見たものをそのまま描けばいい。

だけど抽象画は

描き方がまったくわからない。

絵の前に座っても

何もできない。

抽象画は、

描き方を作ったやつが勝ち。

だから

何回もトライするしかない。

試行錯誤して、

無駄をいっぱいして、

それでも足りない。

With portraits,

you just paint what you see.

But with abstract art,

I have no idea how to paint it.

Even when I sit in front of the canvas,

I can’t do anything.

In abstract art,

the one who creates their own way of painting wins.

So

I just have to try again and again.

Experiment,

make a lot of useless attempts,

and still—it’s not enough.
